As a little kid I wasn't connected in much. I didn't use the phone very often if I wanted to talk to my friends I would talk to them face to face. It wasn't until Grade 9 that I first really started getting connected with people over the computer. I started with hotmail. I loved emailing people and talking with people over email. The next step was MSN that was even better. I liked being able to have a converstion with someone even if you live on the other side of the world you could still communicate and have a full conversation. Now I have facebook. Which is better than both of those combined. At first I didn't know what the big deal was and now I can't get enough of it. I catch on to things pretty fast so it didn't take me long to figure everything out. I really enjoy staying connected with people even if I can't see them every day.
The phone is another thing I have never really liked using. That would explain why I don't have a cell phone. I personally think that people spend way too much time on their cell phones texting and other things like that. Some people will just sit there and text to the person who is right beside them. It's just a waste of time if you have the chance to talk to them face to face then don't waste time texting everything you want to say just say it.
